Our easily-giving-up Lucia is still trying hard every day. Lucia: I'm not easily-giving-up. I already said that I would keep continuing every day. Hanon: "Continuing" meaning what exactly? Lucia: Like, with my love for Kaito. Hanon: Rejected! Lucia: Eh-? Hanon: It's a lost cause! Lucia: You can't say it's that bad already. So what is Hanon "continuing" every day? Hanon: My single-minded love for Tarou-chan. Lucia: Isn't that exactly the same as I what I said?! Rina: What's up? It's noisy over here. What's going on? Lucia: Hey, hey. Is there something that Rina is absolutely going to continue doing every day? Hanon: Breathing every day. There isn't a better punchline than that! Rina: Since I was a child, I've continued keeping a diary every day. That, and taking care of my abdomen. Lucia: Eh! Hanon: I've never been able to keep a diary for more than two days... Lucia: When you say "abdomen," do you mean like, a diet? Hanon: Rina, somehow you seem to be getting a little fat, aren't you! Rina: No... It's not a diet. I mean, exercising my muscles. It's all for the sake of fighting with sea monsters. Lucia: Ah, I just remembered! There's something else that I'm going to continue doing every day! Hanon: What? Lucia: Helping out... Hanon: But you only do that reluctantly--! Lucia: But really, making it all the way to the third volume is like some sort of dream. Hanon: I agree. It's just like a dream. Or like some sort of lie.
