Princess Dresses
Hanamori Pink obviously has a lot of fun playing with the character designs in the manga. Especially noticeable are the continual variations of the "princess outfits" that the mermaid princesses wear. Each princess outfit is never, ever drawn the same way twice. This page details the specific variations in each princess outfit.
Mermaid Princess Lucia
Chapter 06 - Lucia's first appearance as a princess.
Hair: Loose and barely in pigtails. The ends of her hair are curled. There are also glittering pearls strewn throughout her hair.
Flowers: The flowers in her hair have petals.
Earrings: They look like long, vertical squiggles. Definitely not her normal seashell earrings.
Neck: Lucia is wearing nothing, save for her normal seashell locket.
Chest: Her bra is studded with jewels. But it still has the normal "beads" tie in the back, the same as it would be on her normal mermaid form.
Gloves: Lacy and pretty!
Dress: Three bows and three layers of dress, all centered in front.
Tail: There are two strings of pearls looped around the base of her tail.
Chapter 14 - Princess Lucia to the rescue.
Hair: The same as it was in chapter 06.
Flowers: The flowers in her hair are roses.
Earrings: Lucia is wearing her normal seashell earrings.
Neck: Above her seashell locket, Lucia is wearing a choker made of lace.
Chest: Her bra is the same as it is in her normal mermaid form.
Gloves: None.
Dress: The same as in chapter 06.
Tail: The same as in chapter 06.
Chapter 19 - Lucia in the grand finale.
Hair: The same as in chapter 06.
Flowers: The flowers in her hair are roses.
Earrings: Lucia is wearing her normal seashell earrings.
Neck: Lucia is wearing nothing, save for her normal seashell locket.
Chest: Her bra is studded with jewels, and tied with a ribbon in the back.
Gloves: Lacy and pretty, just like in chapter 06.
Dress: The same as in chapter 06.
Tail: The same as in chapter 06.

Mermaid Princess Hanon
Chapter 14 - Hanon's first appearance as a princess.
Hair: There are glittering pearls strewn throughout Hanon's hair, although these don't always show up in every panel.
Flowers: Extremely light, blue-colored roses in place of her normal stars.
Earrings: Hanon is still wearing her normal star earrings.
Neck: Hanon is wearing nothing, save for her normal seashell locket.
Chest: Her bra is exactly the same as it would be in her normal mermaid form.
Gloves: None.
Dress: Hanon's princess dress appears to be just like Lucia's, except that her dress has no cleft in its layers.
Tail: There are two strings of pearls looped around the base of her tail.
Chapter 19 - Hanon in the grand finale.
Hair: The same as in chapter 14.
Flowers: The light-colored roses from chapter 19 have been replaced by very dark-colored roses.
Earrings: Same as in chapter 14.
Neck: Same as in chapter 14.
Chest: Hanon's bra is studded with jewels, and tied with a ribbon in the back.
Gloves: Lacy and pretty!
Dress: This version of Hanon's dress is exactly identical to Lucia's dress, since it now has a cleft in the front and center.
Tail: Same as in chapter 14.
Additional Illustrations
The following scans are all courtesy of Lovely Pitch. Watch the flowers in Hanon's hair - they won't always be roses.

Mermaid Princess Rina
Chapter 14 - Rina's first appearance as a princess.
Hair: Rina's hair is still the same as it would be in her normal mermaid form.
Flowers: Rina wears a headband of small, yellow roses.
Earrings: Rina is still wearing her normal, spiral-shell earrings.
Neck: Rina is wearing nothing, save for her normal seashell locket.
Chest: Her bra is exactly the same as it would be in her normal mermaid form.
Gloves: None.
Dress: This is where it gets interesting. Unlike Lucia and Hanon, Rina wears a dress with a cleft and three bows on the side of her tail, instead of front-and-center.
Tail: There are two strings of pearls looped around the base of her tail.
Chapter 19 - Rina in the grand finale.
Hair: The same as always.
Flowers: The same as in chapter 14.
Earrings: Same as in chapter 14.
Neck: Same as in chapter 14.
Chest: Rina's bra is studded with jewels, and tied with a ribbon in the back.
Gloves: Lacy and pretty!
Dress: Aw, darn it. Now Rina's dress is identical to everyone else's - with both bows and the cleft in her skirts aligned in the center of her front side.
Tail: Same as in chapter 14.
