  Site History

The first time that I created a layouts archive, it was named Telescopic Lens. Later, Telescopic Lens expanded into an all-purpose web design site, including my own articles (and rants) about trends in web design, and an extensive list of useful links for web designers. Since Lens was the only part of my domain devoted to web design, however, I continued to house my own layouts archive in a tiny subsection of that site. Eventually, however, I realized that it was time to pull apart the "web design resource" and "my personal layouts archive" sections of Lens, and thus this site was born.

So, in short: This site used to BE Telescopic Lens. Then it was A PART OF Telescopic Lens. And now it's back to being simply a layout archive, but with a new name. ;)

Telescopic Lens is still around, by the way. I've worked hard to make it a decent resource for hobbyist website owners, so if you're interested, go check it out.

I said all of this on the main index, but it can't hurt to repeat it here.

The image used in this layout is an illustration by Temari Matsumoto, from the Kyou Kara Ma no Tsuku Jiyuugo! manga series. Specifically, the image is from a furoku pencilboard that came with the May 2005 issue of Asuka magazine. Much love and thanks to Anhknee for the original scan. By the way, you can find the original scan, and many other Kyou Kara Maou! images, at Portrait of a Demon King.

Kyou Kara Ma no Tsuku Jiyuugo! is copyrighted by Tomo Takabayashi, Temari Matsumoto, Kadokawa Shoten, Studio DEEN, NHK, and a plethora of other companies. All anime and manga used in the layouts archived on this site are copyrighted by their respective creators and owners.
