R.I.P. Nocturnal Revelation, from May 2002 to May 2005.

Well, it's over. The bandwidth usage just got too much for me to afford, and I'm afraid that I've decided to close down Nocturnal Revelation. I'm flattered by the popularity of my little website, but I do have to admit that this site has longed outlived its purpose and usefulness, anyway. My original purpose in creating this website was to offer a sampling of manga artwork to fans of the Hellsing anime series, many of whom had never read the manga, since at the time the manga was only available in Japanese. However, with the Hellsing manga now available in English from Dark Horse Comics, there hardly seems to be any point in me posting these scans anymore. If you live in the United States or Canada, and you want to see and read the Hellsing manga, you can pick it easily at any bookstore, any mall, even any Suncoast or Sam Goody store. Those of you who live outside of North America can buy new or used copies online with the click of a button. The purpose of this website was to generate interest in the Hellsing manga among fans of the anime; that seems to have been accomplished.

Now that this site is closed, for your further manga needs, I recommend:

  • Dark Horse Comics
Publishers of the Hellsing manga in English. The translation is excellent; and yes, I've read the manga in Japanese, so I know what I'm talking about.

  • Young King Ours homepage
Japanese magazine which publishes the latest chapters of the Hellsing manga.

  • Bloodknight.net
A gallery of manga scans that utterly eclipses this website, plus up-to-date information on the latest chapters of the Japanese manga.

  • The Hellsing Organization
Lots of Hellsing info and media, as well as summaries of the The Dawn.

  • Hellsing Community @ Livejournal
    Still active and lively.

Thank you so much for all of your love and support over the years.
