The PC Game
The Adventures of Kotetsu PC Game has none of the cute innocence of the OAV. NONE WHATSOEVER. It is a hard-core hentai-fest with lots of dildos, tentacles, and other things that go bump in the night.
Which, you know, isn't surprising. The PC Game isn't based on the anime, it's based on the manga. And since the Kotetsu manga is originally a hentai manga, well... There you go. And, believe it or not, the PC game, hentai or not, is still every bit as funny, weird, and watchable as the anime series. If you are 18 or older, and you're not put off by just plain weird sexual scenarios (see below), then it might be worth your time to check this game out. If nothing else, you might get a good laugh out of it.
As for the plot... What, you mean that hentai has to have a plot?! 0.0 As far as I can tell, some evil guy kidnaps a beautiful princess, and it's up to Linn and Tatsuya to save the day. This means that our heroes have outwit, outplay, and outscrew a host of hentai characters and obstacles - including, at one point, a giant walking banana and his horde of little horny bananas. (Think Bananas in Pajamas, only less innocent.) Yes, the game does retain the campy weirdness of the manga, only it takes everything several steps further along the ecchi scale. There are kinky french maids, naughty tentacles, and steamy yuri scenes aplently. Uh, for anyone who's curious, the banana's name is Hiko-chan. I kid you not.
The KSS Kotetsu artbook contains a detailed synopsis and character guide for the PC game (including many, many explicit screenshots). I've scanned some of the "clean" images and added them here. I know that my scanner is just awful and that these pics are of poor quality, but they are at least good enough to just sort of browse through, for the purpose of getting a feel for the game's artwork.

Tatsuya, sitting happily between two Linns
That's about it for the PC game. BTW, If you ever have the yearning to go hunting around for your own copy of the game, the cover looks like this. And watch out for the part with Hiko-chan. He's one tough banana (lame joke intended).
