  Merchandise: Banana Fish Special Box

After the Banana Fish manga ended, this "Banana Fish Special Box" was produced in extremely limited quantities, and made available to a few lucky Japanese collectors. Released in the year 2001, this box is chock-full of goodies for Banana Fish fans. Do I own the box? No. But after ranoshi ai alerted me to its existence when she spotted it on a Yahoo auction, I decided to do some digging to find out what it was all about. So here are some pictures of the box, and a list of its contents. Drool while you can, Banana Fish fans. This box does show up on Yahoo Japanese auctions every now and then, but the going price is usually hundreds of US dollars.

Anyway, the box includes nine items:
